President - B. Alexander Ingram, Ph.D.
  • Dr. Ingram serves as a director for several of our subsidiaries and sits on the board of several community and faith-based organizations. He is a graduate of the United Way Blueprint for Leadership. You can read more about him here... (Profile)
Director of Finance & Business Administration
  • READY-TO-HIRE - He or she directs and manages the organization’s overall financial policies and accounting practices; while providing support to our academic and development departments for our new products division and assists our administrative offices through the provision of efficient, cost-effective and contemporary financial information concerning training trends, technology costs and consulting avenues. He has financial reporting experience on systems, addressing internal requirements set by board of directors and also complying with requirements set by the Internal Revenue Service. He works closely with the Executive Director and the Board of Directors on budgets, proposals and costing models for school programs and technology projects. He creates and maintains a service oriented department which assists the School and the Center in meeting its strategic goals.
Director of Business Development
  • Paul Wallace is an aggressive, research-savvy and results oriented sales professional with a background in sales for over 20 years. He has the ability to collaborate effectively across different functional groups including Executives and Non-Exec's alike. He has a goal to grow our client base and achieve a $1 million dollar new resource sales target. He has a proven history of successfully prospecting and developing new clients to drive for success and excellence while having a polished and professional approach. Mr. Wallace makes recommendations in every aspect of the entire transaction from beginning to end and conducts multiple concurrent engagements and supports deal-related activities while developing and implementing the Enterprise-wide growth strategy along with senior management and in support of the CFO in the evaluation of corporate financial strategies. He establishes the business development strategy, initiates contact with potential partners, defines the scope of the relationship, identifies profitable deal points, negotiates transactions, and manages the implementation as well as defines appropriate account management. We are honored to have him aboard!
Director of Marketing & Product Development
  • Anthony 'Tony' Brown is focused on direct marketing, product management, business development, and general management of this cutting edge technology and educational company. Sets the acquisition strategy including media mix, offer structure, communication message and positioning, for print/mail/telemarketing/web/radio. He decides offer structure, pricing and terms by media. He refines concept testing strategy to enable quick iteration and analysis of ideas. He strategically prioritizes marketing and product development efforts using return on investment models; analyze cost, activities, operations and forecast data; He redesigns communication of core benefits in acquisition materials to increase awareness and stimulate early usage. He identifies new channels and target markets for products. Identifies source, select and negotiate with outside vendors: call center, fulfillment, data processing, etc. required to execute the product launches. He analyzes competition product offering and recommend appropriate tactics; He corresponds with existing vendors; develop contracts for vendors; takes to market product via most effective merchandising; He heads the Marketing Dept. on photography, literature, and advertising.
