Alexander Ingram, Ph.D., and his wife Mona Lisa moved to South Carolina
in 1999, where they immediately began assisting local leaders and
faith-based organizations through various consulting services.
As a skilled management professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in software application development, technology infrastructure and automation, he is a highly regarded and sought after technologist. He has been contracted with such major corporations as UPS, the California & Nevada Credit Union Leagues, Rockwell-Collins International, BlueCross and BlueShield of South Carolina and Palmetto GBA LLC., as well as several churches, faith-based groups and private organizations. Below summarizes some of his accomplishments for these various arenas.
CORPORATE MANAGEMENT
Utilizing team approaches, he is skilled in providing proven quality-oriented, on-time and on-budget projects. Excellent background in planning, design, development, scheduling, and budgeting. Experienced in developing and implementing development methodologies, project planning and business processes engineering. Ability to direct diverse teams and complex projects from concept to fully operational status. Subscribes to the philosophies of and practices fiscal management.
PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT
- Managed design and delivery teams for departments of 7-12 people with skills ranging from supervisory to entry-level developer.
- Handled budgets in excess of one million dollars including personnel, operations and project costs.
- Designed and provided cost estimates for new development while managing $500,000 existing software projects.
- Recommended and implemented Y2K remediation program for out-of-date software, saving $20 million in airline operating and penalty costs.
- Directed recruitment and retention of staff of 10 employees

PROJECT, PROCESS & CHANGE MANAGEMENT

- Recommended and implemented new customer request tracking system design, which resulted in improved workflow processing.

ECUMENICAL MANAGEMENT
- As the Overseer of the Apostolic Leaders Ministerial Society (A.L.M.S.™), provides education, training and oversight for 35 leaders in 16 nations across Europe, Africa, Asia and the US.
- Develops principles of biblical economics, debt management and credit responsibility for those operating faith-based organizations, ministries and churches.
- Acts as a liaison between various levels of ecclesial leadership when developing policies, procedures and governing documents for accountable and responsible operations.
